In these Terms and Conditions, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, re-enacted or replaced from time-to-time.

If you use the website www.boximport.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur within your account or with your password. Boximport reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and a letter will be send to you explaining the reason of the cancelation.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Reviews

Since Boximport Limited lists hundreds of products for sale on the Web Site and hosts reviews submitted by customers, it is not possible for us to be aware of the contents of each product listed for sale, or each comment or review that is displayed.
If you believe that any content or advertised sale on the website contains a defamatory statement, please notify us immediately by email at : support@boximport.com. After reception of your email, Boximport will make all reasonable endeavors to remove the defamatory content within a reasonable time.

Customs, duties and taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Eligible countries

Boximport.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (detail information is provided upon request).
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Boximport.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Group orders in one shipment

Boximport Limited offers you the option to group all your order under one shipment to save on shipping cost. Group orders can only be calculated for AIR and Maritime shipping method and must weight no less than 100kg. To benefit this option, select the “specific quote” under your online order page (step 3 after checkout) and complete the order procedure. We will contact you within 24 hours to give you a specific quote.

Availability

The availability estimate on each item's product detail page describes how long it will take that item to reach one of our fulfillment centers once you place your order. Items listed as "In Stock" are, of course, already available in at least one fulfillment center.
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click the Place your order button and receive e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
Once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. This process can take a few hours to a few days. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of the items being in stock.
The availability estimate does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping option you choose. Ordering multiple copies? Please be aware that our availability estimates are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.
The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for items in our stores :

* In Stock: The item is on hand in at least one fulfillment center, and we expect to be able to prepare this item for shipment within a few hours to a few days (depending on the shipment method you choose).
* Usually ships in 1-2 days: we expect to receive the item from a nearby distributor and ship it to you within 1 to 2 days of your order.
* Usually ships in 1-2 weeks: we expect to receive the item from a distributor and ship it to you within 1 to 2 weeks of your order.
* Available for ordering: This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information from our suppliers. If we are not able to get this product by 30 days, we will offer our client a total refund + a bonus 5% off on their next order.
* Currently Unavailable: This item is currently not available for ordering, and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again.
We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

Shipping time

Shipping time is calculated with 2 parameters, the processing phase and the delivery phase. When your product is on stock, the processing phase represent the time we take to check, control, pack and secure your order. When your product in not in stock the processing phase include the time we need to get your product from our manufacturer.
When the processing phase is done, the delivery phase represent the period of time your orders leave our warehouse to your location. The delivery phase depends on the country of destination and at the shipping method you choose.
You get your shipping time by adding the processing and the delivery phase.

Return policies

All the items we are selling enjoy very strict quality control to ensure that you always get the best product at the best price. If you order for the first time, we suggest you to get a sample before any sizable order. We guarantee that the sample you are receiving from us is 100% similar to your final order. We do not swap, change, or lower the quality of our products.
If you find defective or damaged products in your order, you must request a RMA number before returning any items and contact our staff within 7 days. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s). We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
If the defection is found our responsibility, we will either return the products once repaired or input the amount of the defective items to your credit for your next order at Boximport.com.

Payment method

We accept all major credit cards paypal payment and Western Union for purchases under $2000. For purchases over $2000, we only accept Telegraphic-Transfers (T/T) as payment to our Hong Kong bank account. For Paypal Payment, an additional charge of 3.5% may be applied when orders are taken by email or telephone.

Freight partners

We currently offer a choice of the following shipping methods/carrier companies:

- Airmail (For sample only up to a maximum value of 50.00 USD and weight up to 2kg)*
- Registered Airmail (For sample only to a maximum value of 200.00 USD and weight up to 2kg)*
- Express messenger services (UPS / DHL / EMS)
- Air Freight (usually used for group orders of 100kg and more – select the option “specific quote” when ordering)
- Maritime Freight (usually used for group orders of 500kg and more – select the option “specific quote” when ordering)
- Free shipping (for products mark with the free shipping logo – select the option “specific quote” when ordering. In the case your shopping cart includes other ‘non free shipping’ items, we will only issue a bill for those items)
- Your own forwarder (Boximport Limited let you decide whether you want to use our discount shipping forwarder or yours, simply - select the option “specific quote” when ordering)

Express messenger services (UPS / DHL / EMS) are the standard delivery method. Please note that the use of Express messenger services (UPS / DHL / EMS) offers package tracking and is generally the safer and more reliable option.

Tracking your package

While preparing your order we have sent you a tracking number of one of our freight partner. You can check and trace your package directly thru our partner internet website.

Wrong item in your order

We double check all the order we sent to our customer. In the rare case you received a wrong item in your order, we recommend you to contact our customer service with no time at : support@boximport.com

Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure)

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is circumstances outside of reasonable control (including, but not limited to war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion) the other party must be notified and the first party's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended until the other party is notified that such an event has ended.

Governing law and jurisdiction

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. They will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to Hong Kong SAR Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR Courts.
